Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

What you will be doing:

As a core team member, you will have the chance to build your process from scratch while working directly with the sales and marketing team to help generate and qualify leads who can benefit from the Aiden solution.

You will be joining a hyper-growth tech startup at an early stage, working with high-profile customers and investors with a mission of helping people through technology.

  • Support sales and marketing teams on outbound and inbound lead-generating efforts
  • Setting up and executing omnichannel outreach strategies by creating sequences that may include engaging on social media channels, cold calling, and writing emails to generate high-quality SQLs
  • Tracking your efforts while keeping Hubspot organized and up to date with detailed notes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by testing messaging and bringing new ideas to weekly meetings
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with sales representatives
  • Be the first point of contact for new opportunities and outline the next steps for each opportunity moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new opportunities
  • Report to the Director of Marketing with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial go-getter who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight. As the first line of communication with prospects, our ideal candidate must understand how to sell an innovative solution, excel at researching leads, enjoy starting new relationships, and set our sales closers up for success.

In addition, you should be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills and can communicate Aiden’s benefits compellingly. Joining at such an early stage, you will have thousands of possible accounts early on and the opportunity to grow your team.

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales approach is essential
  • A commitment to operating ethically using integrity and aligning with company values
  • Successful track record of exceeding quota in an entrepreneurial role and startup environment
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex & technical concepts with a passion for technology (A huge bonus for working in the IT or Cybersecurity industry)
  • Proficiency in navigating software like HubSpot,, and other outreach platforms
  • In-depth understanding of how to use LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator

What you will receive:

Aiden Technologies Inc. strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for this US-based position is $50,000 – $60,000, which does not include any potential commissions, incentives, or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on various factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
