Would you like to start on the ground floor of a rapidly growing tech startup? Knowing you helped build a team that created software running on 100 million computers and made people more productive?

We are growing our team and looking for an HR Generalist. Your mission will support Aiden’s Human Resources operations, including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, performance management, engaging and retaining top talent, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing administrative support.

Who we are

Aiden is a new approach to Windows endpoint management that embraces core DevOps methodologies, cloud technology, and natural language processing (NLP).

At Aiden, we value people with high energy who possess the ability to energize others. People who are intelligent, creative, experts at their craft, and enjoy helping others. We value team players who are more concerned with what’s right rather than who’s right.

Plano, TX, is our headquarters, but our team is distributed across the US because it lets us work with the best people. Some team members live in California, Texas, and New York.

The HR Generalist is expected to be in the Plano, TX office (soon moving to McKinney, TX) at least two days per week.
