• Abort the installation if any Office apps are running, which would block the install
  • We should not force-close apps, because data loss may occur
• Choose the installation files, based on the Office or OS architecture
• Install Skype for Business
  • Accept the software license agreement
  • Match the update channel with the existing Office installation (mixed update channels are unsupported)
  • Allow PNG as an output format
  • Suppress sending all usage data to Microsoft
    • Disable telemetry data collection
    • Disable Improve Proofing Tools
    • Suppress sending personal information
    • Disable the Opt-in Wizard on first run
    • Disable the Customer Experience Improvement Program
    • Disable Improved Error Reporting
    • Disallow sending a screenshot of the user’s desktop
    • Suppress sending non-critical error messages
    • Suppress sending critical error messages
• Close the completion notice, only in Unattended Mode and only if the installation was successful
