An “Out of Browser” desktop application for accessing the ServicePRO Workbench

• Choose the installer for Microsoft Silverlight (prerequisite), based on the OS architecture
• Install Microsoft Silverlight (prerequisite)
  • Disable automatic updates, only on domain joined systems
• Install ServicePRO
  • Configure the customer’s ServicePRO URL
• Make the Start Menu shortcut available to all users
• Delete the desktop shortcut
