Microsoft Windows 10 Language Pack – Japanese
Add keyboard layouts, and change the display language and international settings of Windows 10

Added support for Windows 10 1903

• Abort the installation if the language installation control panel is open
• Choose the installer based on the OS version and architecture
• Install the language pack for Windows
• Activate regional, language, and input settings for the current user
• Set the system locale (the language for non-Unicode programs)
• Copy international settings to the welcome screen and new user accounts
